Data controller

The data controller is Marie-France Gnagne, founder of the AI Fame Society project.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your first name, last name, email address, the area of AI creation you are most interested in, your signup date and your consent to receive our emails.

Some technical data, such as IP address, browser used or connection time, may also be processed to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site.

Why we use it

Your data allows us to:

• Confirm your place on the list
• Tell you first when the community opens
• Share launch terms and offers with you
• Shape future community content around the interests expressed
• Protect the form against abuse and fraudulent signups

The legal basis for this processing is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time.

Who can access it

Your data is accessible only to Marie-France Gnagne and the technical providers required to operate the list: Lovable for the site, Supabase for storing signups and Brevo for sending and managing emails.

These providers process the data only within the scope of their services and according to their data protection obligations.

Brevo states that its databases are hosted in the European Union. Supabase and Lovable may rely on processing or sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area. Where this applies, such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided under the GDPR.

How long we keep it

Waitlist data is kept for as long as necessary to manage the list, then for a maximum of three years from collection or from your last contact with AI Fame Society.

If you become a member, your data will then be kept in line with the retention periods applicable to the contractual relationship and legal obligations. If you withdraw your consent, strictly necessary information may be kept on a suppression list in order to respect your choice.

Anonymised statistics, which no longer identify you, may be kept for longer.

What we don’t do

We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers. Our technical providers access it only when necessary to run the site, the database and the emails.

Technical providers

To operate the waitlist, we use the following providers:

• Lovable for hosting and running the site
• Supabase for securely recording signups
• Brevo for sending launch-related emails
• Cloudflare for DNS management and, depending on the configuration used, traffic security

These providers process only the data necessary for their services, in accordance with their contractual obligations and applicable data protection rules.

Your rights

You can request access to your information, its correction or deletion, restriction of its use, portability of your data, withdrawal of your consent and an end to promotional emails.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
